Win £400 worth of Michelin-starred masterclasses
Three prizes left to go in our 12 Days of Crimbo competition (*wipes brow*). Today it’s a culinary feast for you guzzly lot, with not one but two Michelin chefs ready to show you how it’s done.
First up, Chris Godfrey (above right), supertalented Michelin-starred chef who was in charge of pots, stirring, and, um, probably a bit more than that truth be told at The Sir Charles Napier restaurant in Sprigg’s Alley, who now runs Oxford Private Dining and the groovy pop up supper club Native Feasts.
This is an awesome prize, and it’s worth a lipsmacking £300.
Chris, will have have a chat with you on the phone about what meal you’d love to master, then rock up to your house with the ingredients for 6 (within limits! I think lobster and caviar may be off the menu) , cook it in front of you and your mates, and then clean up while you scoff it. His right hand wine-man Greg Jones (above left), also formerly of Sir Charles Napier, will be there too to explain about the best bottles to choose.
Also on the platter today, a demonstration 4 course dining experience at the The Green Dragon Eco Centre near Quainton with one of the best cookery tutors in the whole country. Check out these credentials. Stephen Bulmer worked at Le Manoir as Senior Chef de Cuisine, where he was also Chef Director of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School, and in 2014 he was awarded Best Tutor at the 2014 Independent Cookery School Awards. Choose any date in 2017 and learn how to move beyond burning toast to setting fire to your pans (though truth be told I can teach you that if you want to come round to my house at tea time.)
Plus we have WINNERS!
