Sara is based near Thame offering personal, leadership and team development, facilitation, coaching, coach supervision, and mindfulness training in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and around the world via Skype.

Sara set up ‘be more’ to help individuals flourish in all aspects of their lives.  She noticed through her coaching and leadership development work that for many of us life has become increasingly complex and uncertain.  This often leads to us frequently feeling consumed by worries, pressures and responsibilities. This can get in the way of us being fulfilled, productive and happy.

This led to Sara training as a mindfulness teacher.  Mindfulness can help us to become aware of what is happening moment by moment rather than being on ‘automatic pilot’. Allowing us to respond rather than react, which can improve the quality of our lives. People who complete mindfulness training often report some of the following:

  • Switching off more easily at the end of a busy day
  • Feeling calmer and more in control
  • Managing stress more effectively
  • Better sleep quality
  • Greater energy and enthusiasm for life
  • Enhanced focus, creativity and decision making
  • Improved relationships
  • More effective leadership skills

Sara’s mindfulness offerings include:

  • Introductory workshops
  • 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses (MBSR)
  • 1 on 1 and small group training face to face or on Skype
  • Mindfulness-informed coaching
  • Workplace mindfulness: courses, tasters, workshops, coaching, leadership development, and implementation advice.

Sara has gained a deep understanding of developing individuals, leaders, teams and organisations, through her work as a line manager, coach, counsellor and consultant,.  She has worked in a wide variety settings with a wide range of individuals.  She is on the Teacher Training Pathway at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University.  She is also studying mindfulness in the workplace at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
