Buggyfit is the best way to get back in shape after your new arrival. Whatever your postnatal stage we have a programme that will suit your needs, instructed by experts in the field of postnatal exercise. From initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness – and most of this from behind your buggy or pram.

Classes are 1 hour long, and usually involve a 3-5 mile route in total. We start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk to raise our heart rates. This is when we start to burn fat! Each class includes group exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups, and enable us to cope with the demands of motherhood. We finish off with a cool down and stretch.

The Buggyfit trainer for Thame, Emma Redding is also a qualified personal trainer and currently has 13 personal training clients all of whom are gaining great results from their training. Emma believes in taking a whole lifestyle approach to achieving goals – you can work with small or radical changes that fit into yourlifestyle, which lead  to longevity and allows for realistic fat loss, better body image and fantastic fitness gains.
