We have classes to suit any level including Spinning®, Suspension & Core Training, Kettlebells, Functional Fusion Blast, Pilates MVe™ Fitness Chair, Pilates Matwork, and Strength & Flexibility. Our booking process is super easy and all online. Just pick the class, date and time then either pay for a single class or buy a pass which gives you access discounts!
