Inspired Gourmet Cookery School
Muddy says: If your culinary skills need work (hey, what’s wrong with baked beans on toast?), it’s time to go back to school. But this is fun school where you get to scoff amazing food.
If you’re bored to death of your own cooking repertoire (tonight kids, it’s pasta and pesto – who’d have thought it, eh?), you can shake things up a bit with a stint at this Milton Keynes cookery teaching hub. There’s a variety of evening classes and day courses, covering everything from cooking the perfect steak to clean eating to knife skills to cooking for dinner parties. Being the total hipster that I am, I rather fancy the Korean street food sessions (pass the kimchee, please). They also offer corporate team-building classes (so you can wow Colin from accounts with your spiralizing skills) and gift vouchers – which would make for a rather clever, self-serving present if you live with a dud cook.
