This boutique fitness studio, located in the beautiful grounds of Chenies Manor, opened in September 2014 and now offers an array of private exercise classes to suit all ages, abilities and needs.

Melissa Scott has enjoyed a career in personal training and fitness spanning more than 20 years and represents Sweaty Betty Beaconsfield as their Fitness Ambassador. She truly understands that the most successful way to attaining good health is through the support and care of a professional instructor, as well as a varied training routine to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

At her studio, she has developed an impressive team of like-minded fitness professionals, personally selected for their outstanding teaching skills, knowledge, passion and genuine care they bring to every individual in class.

Clients book online and enjoy a range of effective and motivating classes (8-12 max people in class);

Yoga (Ashtanga, flow, hot, TEENyoga, MANyoga), Pilates, TRX, strength/conditioning and Thai boxing.

Melissa is also a running coach and delivers her successful 6 week ‘learn to run’ course each Spring.

Nutritional advice is led by ‘Miss Nutritionist’ Rosie Millen who provides 1:1 and group ’21 day detox’ sessions with outstanding results.

An ‘in house’ treatment room is also available to massage and sooth away tired muscles.
