Nixercise offers outdoors fitness training for people of all abilities, with sessions taking place in areas of natural beauty throughout Oxfordshire and Berkshire. No two classes are the same – each incorporates a mixture of natural bodyweight movements, with cardio and stretching that are designed to get your body looking its best.

Come rain or shine, weekly group training sessions are led by the dynamic Nix Ticehurst and her team up and down the hills of Wittenham Clumps (near Wallingford), Streatley Hill (near Goring) Ewelme and Henley.  One-to-one training is also available from your doorstep, plus ‘hosted’ group sessions for those wanting to train only with friends/family or where the current timetable doesn’t suit.

Classes are supported by fad-free, nutritional advice designed to help clients eat sensibly and naturally, with practical advice on how to avoid hidden sugars and all forms of processed nasties. Hints and tips are posted daily to an online member forum where clients exchange ideas and support each other.

Nixercise can help weight loss but offers much more besides. Several clients have seen life-changing results from bringing diabetes under control, to helping manage clinical depression and improving sleep.

    I whole heartedly recommend Nixercise – not only are the outdoors group training sessions great fun, it gets results like nothing else I’ve tried! I’m always logging into the online member forum for healthy eating advice – it is inspirational!
