Gotta Have It

This wedding ring is so gorgeous I might ask it to marry me. And Biagio has lots more bling where that came from.

Know someone who’s about to put a ring on it? Or maybe you yourself are in full Bridezilla mode? We’ve helped you find the venue, know a fair few who can help with the planning and the frock, and now we can assist with the bling, courtesy of Biagio The Jeweller’s Great Wedding Rings Event. Taking place 26-28 October at its Thame and Bicester stores, it features such super sparklers as this beautiful, vintage-inspired ring. Isn’t she pretty? And so much more fun than a plain band.

The wedding event is a Roaring Twenties/ art-deco themed shebang, but there’s all sorts of styles available to try and they’ll customise them for you, should you so desire. There are lashings of champagne and canapés on hand (*sneaks in, posing somewhat unconvincingly as a blushing bride*), and all rings ordered/purchased at the event are subject to a whopping 20 percent discount.  What’s more, Biagio will gift one lucky couple their wedding bands. To enter, book your viewing, order your rings and then tweet @biagiojeweller or Facebook @biagiothejeweller a photo of your proposal using #BiagioPickUs. The most liked photos wins the rings. Tempted to get Mr Muddy down on one knee to have a go myself in fact, just not sure if he’ll get back up unassisted.

The Great Wedding Rings Event, Biagio, 2 Greyhound Walk, Thame and Pioneer Square, Bicester; 26-28 October (late night opening Thurs 9am-8pm, Fri & Sat 9am-5.30pm)
