Helen Wright, the founder of Oxfordshire recruitment agency, 9-2-3, has a background that’s typical of the women she represents – university-educated, she had a grown-up career (a journalist with BBC and ITV and as a media trainer) before having children and experiencing first hand the struggle of juggling school runs, work and child care.

The result of this struggle is the launch of 9-2-3. The jobs currently cover Oxfordshire, Bucks, Berks and London primarily, and we love that the jobs on offer here are for smart, educated women – at the time of writing, flexi-vacancies included a solicitor, financial director, digital manager and technical writer.

9-2-3 also clearly has ambition–a ‘9-2-3 Club’ launches at Westminster on 13 September, aimed at giving professionals the chance to meet, share experiences, listen to inspirational speakers and gain in confidence before re-entering the workplace (or before asking their employer for more flexible working arrangements).
