The brainchild of a Scottish chemist and a Danish beer-brewing Oxford physicist, Bearded Viking was born in May 2020 (helping us out in Lockdown Part 1: thanks guys) with the intention of supplying delicious cocktails to the residents of Oxon and beyond who don’t have the paraphernalia (or indeed the energy) to mix up amazing drinks at home.

The ingredients for each concoction (take your pick from six flavours, including Espresso Martini, Cherry Bakewell Whisky Sour and Chocolate Old Fashioned) have been curated with care using award-winning spirits, fresh organic fruits and ethically sourced and locally roasted coffee, with each drink mixed by hand in small batches.

The drinks also come beautifully packaged in glass bottles that wouldn’t look out of place in a dispensary (booze is medicinal, right?), which are individually stamped with the production date so you know precisely how fresh your drink is when it arrives.
