Clean Living Days

Held in and around a manor house in the rolling Chiltern hills, Clean Living Days are the perfect opportunity to recharge, relax and get healthy through exercise, yoga and interactive workshops.

In need of a health kick? Set in and around a manor house in the gorgeous Chiltern hills, Clean Living Days is run by Jenny Phillips, a qualified nutritionist as well as a yoga teacher – a heady combo! – who combines interactive workshops on healthy food choices, exercise and yoga.

In small groups of eight, the days focus on different health topics, such as Secrets of Ageing Well, the Good Gut makeover day and healthy weight loss methods (bin those fad diet books now) –  ideal if your weight has been yo-yoing, you’re prone to putting on extra pounds, are confused about dietary advice or simply want an energy boost.

The costs are reaonable too – a full day (£95) runs from 9.30am – 4pm and includes exercise classes, yoga, two health & nutrition workshops, body composition analysis, support with planning health goals and lunch in a lovely private home near Hughenden, Bucks.
