How totally delicious do these macaroons and profiteroles look?! They’re the handiwork of Paul Barlow-Heal over at Cotswold Baking. After discovering a passion for pastry aged 14, he trained under some bloke called Michel Roux Snr at the Michelin starred The Waterside Inn in Bray (er, WOW) and also ran The Falkland Arms, in Great Tew, one of the loveliest pubs in North Oxfordshire.
Cotswold Baking was created in 2011, fulfilling a lifelong dream, with a focus on top quality, fresh, local produce. The bakery creates stunning cakes and desserts for special occasions, and also supplies wholesale cakes for restaurants.
