Owner of brilliantly named Gluts & Gluttony (tasty food is our biggest vice), Kathy has a career path that reads like something straight out of The Good Life. After swapping hectic city life and a career as a brand strategist for an altogether more chilled out existence in the Cotswolds, Kathy set up Gluts & Gluttony as a food blog before retraining at Ashburton Chef School, and cooking and growing organic vegetables for some of the biggest names around (Daylesford Farm and River Cottage ring any bells?).

Now, Gluts & Gluttony is her full-time gig, and she combines writing delicious, organic recipes with hosting cooking classes and a seasonal supper club (with veg grown from her very own patch, naturally) every month in Chipping Norton. For £50pp you can enjoy four lip-smacking courses and a welcome cocktail, with past dishes including wild garlic and nettle tart, roast celeriac gnocchi with sage butter, pork belly with pickled radishes and bay brownie with damson ice cream (*stomach rumbles*).

If those dishes sound like something you’d love to recreate at home, then you’re in luck – Kathy also runs public and private cooking classes. You can join her in the G&G kitchen for a relaxed cookery demonstration that makes the most of that season’s harvest, and head home with a recipe pack and the best cooking tips. Best of all, you get to eat everything Kathy cooks that day. Where do we sign up?
