Lily’s Luxury Retreat offers long and short stays for feline family members, just 30 minutes from Heathrow airport, in Chalfont St Giles and has some serious creds. The business is licensed by Chiltern District Council and has a five star rating under new cattery regulations.

The retreat sits on private woodland, fields and formal gardens and has 10 spacious, bespoke pens that are thermostat controlled, have interactive toys, climbing apparatus and soothing music – I’m telling you, these are some pampered pussycats.

Grooming and play sessions are also part of the experience along with the option of premium kitty food that can be tailored to prescription diets.
