There are two dining rooms to choose from – a modern British menu in The Dining Room, which also draws inspiration from the cuisines of Korea, Japan and France and a more relaxed brasserie experience, choosing from a menu of comfort dishes and casual British fare (yes, you can order a Sunday roast!).
