Need a little time out? Don’t we all. Run by Thame-based yogi (and ex Muddy staffer!) Sarah O’Hanlon, Yogapath’s ethos is all about carving out moments for yourself – whether it’s to improve your fitness and flexibility, to focus on your mental health or simply needing a break from the hustle and bustle of the work/life/kids chaos.
Easy to vouch for Sarah as she used to do yoga classes with us outside on the grass every spring and summer! She’s all about positivity and maintaining a healthy body and mind, which frankly I can only aspire to but she makes it seem possible.
No doubt the kernel of her idea to help manage busy schedules came from working at Muddy HQ (we all run around like headless chickens most of the day), so Sarah can come to you at the office or at home, or you can assemble your squad to get together for a private weekly class – no need to worry if your tree pose is a little rusty as she caters for all abilities.
Yogapath has recently introduced a new Monday Start the Week Yoga class at Thame Barns Centre 9.15am – 10.30am (not in half term) – which runs on a drop in basis – you don’t need to commit to a block or have to pay for lessons you miss, super handy for busy schedules or last minute Monday madness. Plus, every fifth class is free.
