Nothing I love more than a little nosey around a house. And here’s a gorgeous new Property Flirt to get your house-hunting juices going.

Take a look at the pics below, and I’ll give you some info about the property, then guess the price and claim your £1000 instant prize (I’m making that last bit up, just do it for the glory).

Right, your starter for ten:

This pretty property is in Long Crendon, a highly sought-after village with an Outstanding primary school, much-filmed Midsomer Murders locations and dozens of gorgeous properties. It nestles just off the lovely chocolate-box High St.
It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms and a whopper garden (not sure of the actual size but I couldn’t throw a ball from the bottom of the garden and hit the house!).

Check out some more piccies here. You can see it’s in good nick and tastefully decorated…

Guess within £50k and you’ll get a bonus doughnut.

Whilst the property is gorgeous and the school does indeed have an Outstanding OFSTED, living in that location in Long Crendon won’t actually get you a place at the village school unless you have an older child there…

Ooooooh. That’s interesting, and annoying if you’re in the village. Reevaluate your price then! Were you near?
