The toughest Property Flirt yet – can you guess the price?

Property Flirt is one of the most popular features on Muddy – because you’re all nosy like me! – so I’m all for keeping it interesting by giving you new challenges. This house is a tricky one to guess on price, I think it might have the better of you (wah, ha, haaaaaa). Not a palatial pile from the outside, but with huge facilities and potential. You up for nose around?

OK, some facts first. This 4 bed chalet style house is in Little Horwood (just south of Milton Keynes). If you don’t know the village, it’s about 6.5 miles from Buckingham, 4 miles from Winslow and 7 miles from MK (from where you can get your direct train to London Euston in 35 minutes!!). It’s kitted out with a church, village hall, tennis court and pub. No schools, but they’re not far away, just in the next-door villages of Mursley and Great Horwood.

Yeah yeah but what of the house? Well, it’s set in 8.5 mostly level acres of land and comes with a separate 1 bedroom annexe as well as extensive equine facilities and menage.

There are two ground floor bedrooms (excellent for those too drunk to make it upstairs – just saying), as well as a ground floor bathroom.

Both kitchen and dining room have double doors out onto the patio.

Up to the first floor, the master suite has fitted dressing room and en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

The one bedroom Annexe  is probably catnip to those with older kids, relatives they want to hide or anyone who wants to gain a rental income.

It comes with an open plan living room/ kitchen area,  bedroom and ensuite shower room, and sits over a garage and office with external stairs to the first floor. Office? Office you say? As someone who still slogs away from my kitchen table, I’m majorly feeling the attraction on that one.

Right that’s enough of inside. Let’s get a breath of fresh air. Step through the electric gates, and regardez-vouz the paddock adjoining the ménage and other buildings including four stables with auto water feed, tack room, feed store and office outbuilding with kitchen & WC.

If you’re into your canine friends, you might want to know that the property has served as a professional kennels (there are numerous dog runs) and planning was granted for a building of some 5000 square feet (now lapsed but nothing to say you can’t reinstigate it).

Finally, magnificently, this property has an eventing licence, permitting four events per year (Monday – Friday), of up to 2000 people. Let’s PARTTTTYYYYYYY!
