Property Flirt

New Year, new opportunity for some high class Property Flirting. Don’t be shy babycakes, come and peer through the keyhole and see if you can guess how much this piece of foxy real estate is worth. This house is one of my favourites so far on Property Flirt, and for what you get I reckon it’s very good value (it’s all relative I know!). Right, you ready to rumble? Let’s get nosey.

What we have here my friends is a 2013-built mid-century style house in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with four bedrooms (two of which are ensuite), four reception rooms, a full length ground floor terrace and the small matter of gorgeous lake at the bottom of the garden, which is jointly owned with five other properties on the south bank.

Yeah I know, take your tongue off the floor.

Have a value in your head yet? Want more clues? Alrighty. The property is in walking distance to the centre of Wallingford (a pretty south Oxfordshire town bang on the river if you don’t already know it), and has all the little bells and whistles you’d expect like underfloor heating, Sonos sound system, and Sky multiroom.

Add electric wooden gates and a walled courtyard in addition to the main lawned garden and what you have is a seriously hot property.

Right, take a guess at the price. Argue it out with your partner, friends or pets. Got the number in your head? OK, click here to see how close you were. Anyone who hits it on the button will be sent a celebratory bottle of Lambrusco to down in one. Because, you know, I’m classy like that.
