Property Flirt: South Weston, Oxfordshire
Fancy a nose at a really gorgeous house in Oxfordshire? Uh-huh, I thought you might.
Usual rules apply on this Flirty Girty of a property – look at the pics and description, guess the price (no cheating), and gloat for the rest of the day if you get closer to the price than your friends, colleagues, rellies, or family pets. OK, *deep breath*, let’s do this.
So… Here is Weston Grange, a house built in 2008 in a classical style on the edge of the Oxfordshire hamlet of South Weston close-ish to Thame and Watlington. Pretty, no?
So you can see it’s beautifully appointed and furnished.
Want some more clues? Well, there’s a master bedroom suite with his and hers dressing rooms and shower rooms ( you’ve just stumbled across my interiors fantasy right there), plus a further 4/5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite.
And more? More?!!! There are 4 reception rooms and a reception hall, planning permission for a double garage with store and about 0.8 acres of land.
Frankly it’s the sort of place I’d sell my mother to fund. But, um, is my mum worth enough to cover the cost? Decide on the price, and find out… NOW!
