Wouldn’t you though?

Hmmm, you’ve reached an older feature - let’s get you up to date! Read our latest Kids features here.

I’ve always been a hopeless No Added Sugar addict – those ruffle dresses get me every time. But I just went on their website to find a coat for my 10 year old son, and bloody hell, the prices! £165 for a kids jacket seems absolutely raving bonkers to me, no matter how trendy. Anyway, I’ve just had a look on Zara (nearest stores: High Wycombe, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Reading but also available online) and their jackets are fantastic, for a fraction of the cost. Loving this fur-lined parka for £35.99 (above). The Zara kids clothes goes up to a 14 in both boys and girls and is a step up from H&M in quality (and slightly in cost). Check the gear out online – it’s a really good site – and blow a raspberry at the designer retailers. Thrrrrrrrrrrp!
