YUUMMMYY indeed, we ate there on Saturday, exactly as you suggest, without small child in tow. What a treat it was. The fish was hake by the way, I had that main course and it was great. We have eaten there for many years, special occasions and the odd treat, and we have never had anything but fantastic service and delicious surprising seasonal food to eat that we could never begin to achieve at home ( and we love to cook!) but don’t tell everyone, it’s tricky enough to get in at weekends as it is!

More than happy to vote for you but the form requires an address and postcode which I couldn’t find on your site.

This is my favourite ‘local’ restaurant. I first had dinner there about twenty years ago, as Kay says it’s consistently very good and the service is great. I love the food and whether it’s inside with the log fire and comfy chairs whilst you choose your food or outside in the lovely garden under the vine covered gazebo it always feels special. GG
