Fitness challenge!
Nothing like a race looming to motivate you to go for a walk, run, swim or cycle on these chilly autumn mornings.
It’s National Fitness Day this Wednesday apparently and I don’t know about you but I’ll be celebrating by dressing as Olivia Newton-John in the Let’s Get Physical video, leading a full team ’80s-style aerobics work-out at Muddy HQ. Let me hear your body talk!
As anyone who knows me will testify, I love fitness and all things sporty (*hides doughnut under keypad*) so without further ado, here’s the Muddy guide to all the best tris, races and runs, both local and beyond, over the coming months. Which one will you sign up for? I’m thinking the ultra-marathon, obvs.
