Native Feast, how many years I&#8217;ve longed for you to appear? And now &#8211; *sigh*  here you are, rippling your gastromomic muscles and promising evenings of 4-course ravishment. I feel like stripping down to my control pants and flashing my spare tyre.
Those of you who, like me, habitually hanker after something unique, urbane and glamorous in the region, will love the fact that the fantastic LASSCO architectural salvage treasure house, placed conveniently if not very sexily on the M40 J6 at Milton Common, is starting a series of <a href="http://www.nativefeasts.co.uk">pop up supper clubs </a>on Fridays and Saturdays throughout March and April.

Even better news, the chef involved is absolutely brilliant &#8211; it&#8217;s Chris Godfrey, the Michelin starred chef from The Sir Charles Napier in Chinnor, Oxfordshire. I know, it&#8217;s amazing!!! Regular readers of Muddy may remember that last year he launched his own catering business <a href="https://bucksoxon.muddystilettos.co.uk/directory/the-oxford-private-dining-company/">The Oxford Private Dining Company</a>, and cooked for me at home as an early guinea pig, so I can tell you from experience, that this guy is absolutely incredible in the kitchen (review <a href="https://bucksoxon.muddystilettos.co.uk/2015/03/29/you-have-to-use-this-chef/">here</a>).

<a href="http://www.lassco.co.uk/locations/three-pigeons/">LASSCO Three Pigeons</a>, if you&#8217;ve never visited, is wonderfully quirky, rammed full of chandeliers, museum cabinets, curios and antiques.

It&#8217;s an incredible place to visit in its own right, and twinkled up for the evening with fairy lights and cool styling, it will be amazing. I can&#8217;t wait.
Details, you say? Yeah yeah I have them, don&#8217;t blow your gasket! There will be 30ish people per sitting, in tables of roughly 10 &#8211; think Wagamama style, all together but apart. So if you&#8217;re coming as a four, you&#8217;ll be treated as a four by the serving staff &#8211; no enforced chatting to the people next to you, unless you really want to. Prices for the 4 courses are only £35, based on a menu for that night that you confirm online. I&#8217;ve seen the early selections and they sound incredible, it&#8217;s an amazing price for what is on offer &#8211; sharing platters, then starter, main, dessert and coffee. Booze can be bought there separately.
Front of house will be run by Greg Jones, who ran the Sir Charles Napier service, so you know it&#8217;s going to be superslick, and you can arrive any time from 7pm to look around LASSCO or just have a drink at the bar ready for an 8pm supper start.
Sold? Me too. Like, totally. I&#8217;ll be reviewing the trial night at the end of February to check it out (I&#8217;ll put it straight on the blog), but knowing LASSCO and Chris Godfrey already, I&#8217;m very confident to recommend it.
