<p>Autumn may have only officially begun on Monday but we’ve dodged enough conkers on the school run lately to feel that the new season has already made a decent soft launch. We’re raising a glass to its arrival, but what’s best to drink for these in-between times when ultra pale rosé has probably had its day but we’re not ready for the big reds? This deep pink wine is elegant and seriously quaffable, just give it a little bit of time to settle out of the fridge before drinking as the berry notes become all the richer with some warmth.
