<p>Its September supper club is already sold out &#8211; but we&#8217;re game on for the Wild Rabbit&#8217;s five-course tasting night on Mon 28 Oct. Part of Lady Bamford&#8217;s Daylesford empire, this Cotswold gastropub ushers in each new time of year by celebrating the British ingredients in peak season &#8211; and October&#8217;s Game Supper Club packs a flavourful punch. <p>For those looking to get back to nature,&nbsp;Secret Adventures&nbsp;is hosting Foraging and Wild Cooking dinners this autumn at its beautiful woodland spot in Goring Heath.&nbsp;For £50pp, you’ll enjoy a guided walk through the woods with foraging expert and herbalist Justine Gens who’ll help you identify and gather wild ingredients before cooking them over an open fire. Rustic recipes so far have included foraged mushroom pizza, nettle pesto and wood fired focaccia. <p>At the time of writing there are still tickets for the Chiltern Venison Night tomorrow night (Thurs 5 Sept) at this lovely Marlow gastropub. The dinner will showcase the versatility of local, healthy and sustainable venison, sourced by Geoff Wicket from Chiltern Venison and cooked by Scottish head chef Scott Smith, who knows his onions when it comes to game. Our top pick for the new season is their&nbsp;<a href="https://experiencenomadic.com/feasts/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Fungi, Forage &amp; Feast event</a>&nbsp;(<strong>26 Oct</strong>), where you’re taken on a guided tour of the private woodlands to discover and identify various mushrooms before enjoying a seasonal feast cooked over open flame. <p>Oxmoor Farm, nestled in the beautiful Chiltern Hills, is building a name for itself with its series of rural ‘Wild Feasts’ supper clubs, introduced two years ago. Next up in The Barn restaurant (above) is&nbsp;rising star Kitty Coles, a Wiltshire-born food writer and stylist who learnt her craft under the likes of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and has recently published her first cookbook,&nbsp;<em>Make More With Less</em>. <p>For a feast on the wildest farm in the Cotswolds, head to Worton Kitchen Garden, which sits on a ten-acre no-dig regenerative farm near Cassington outside Oxford. Its supper club season kicks off on 27 Sept, when guests will tuck in to a seasonal four-course feast in the rustic conservatory overlooking tulip fields. Each monthly Friday&nbsp;supper club will showcase the best produce from the land that month, from pigs to poultry and veg. No menu yet, but if their regular grub is anything to go by, it’s going to be pretty special. £75pp.</p>
