<p>The Cotswolds-based designer has recently dropped The Vault, a collection of ten gloriously chunky diamond rings that politely ignore pretty much every diamond ring rule in the book. </p>

<p>Forget dainty bands and identikit sparkle, these beauties are bold, sculptural and packed with personality, with each natural diamond chosen for its quirks and character rather than how perfectly it ticks a stone grading chart.</p>



<p>Handmade in Libby&#8217;s Woodstock studio, the rings are crafted in 18ct yellow gold with her signature matte finish and distinctive burnished settings that make the stones positively pop. Future heirlooms with a serious fashion edge.</p>

<p>Aside from adding some serious style clout to your fingers, our favourite part of the new ring collection is that each is named after an incredible female trailblazer, who very much did things her own way. From Frida and Vivienne, to Grace and Peggy and Audrey and Ava, this is less princess fantasy, more icon in the making.</p>

<p>After nearly a decade creating bespoke commissions, Libby describes The Vault as her most personal collection yet. And you can tell. These aren&#8217;t rings designed to blend in with the crowd, which is possibly why we can&#8217;t stop lusting after them.</p>

<p>“I wanted these rings to be instantly recognisable as Libby Rak,” the award-winning designer tells Muddy. “I have always been fascinated by gemstones &#8211; the way light moves through them, the character of each one. Everything we do is designed around that: the rubover settings that frame the stone, the matte finishes that make the diamonds sing.”</p>



<p>And sing they do! With rings starting from £4,500 and going up to a cool £23.5K, as far as bad influences go, we&#8217;re quite happy to take responsibility for this one. </p>
