Alice Acreman Silks

These luxurious, ethical silks, printed with hand-painted botanical designs, are your next obsession.

Can you get over how beautiful these products are? All hand-made, hand-designed, and built to last — we’re in love.

Having started out working for major fashion companies, Alice Acreman first printed her scarves as a hobby. But soon, hating how much waste there was in the big brands, she decided to start her own low-waste, slow fashion company.

From stunning silk pyjama sets and sleek cushions, to luxurious hand-held fans, the range now includes much more than the original scarves, though you can still buy them, too. Despite diversifying, everything remains passion-led: dictated either by what excites Alice, or by what her customers are asking for. With slow fashion being the name of the game, the brand doesn’t follow seasons or flash sales. Rather, the collection is added to gradually, and made up of timeless items that can be worn all year round.

A love for the natural environment is clear in Alice’s beautiful, intricate designs. And this is something carried forward, in her development of a vegan suede product, as well as the brand’s support of a charity that protects the Amazon Rainforest.

So in a nutshell? These designs are beautiful, elegant, and ethical. Tick, tick, tick. We’ll be expecting those gorgeous pyjamas for Christmas, please and thank you.
