Careers Collective is an online careers coaching service that aims to help people move towards their first (or next) career with well-placed confidence. Founded during lockdown by former head of sixth form Tina Harrigan-James and careers coach Sally Everist, the Collective offers virtual, interactive career workshops. Decades of experience in education and employment guide Tina and Sally as they work with a range of individuals, businesses, and training providers alike.

Careers Collective is increasingly popular with schools as Tina and Sally also produce PDFs, podcasts, and evening workshops for parents that keep them up to date with what’s been discussed in class and allow the conversation to develop at home. However, career coaching is not just for young people: one-to-one coaching is offered to adults of any age above 16, at any stage of their career development journey.

The workshops are always interactive, engaging and full of valuable information and by virtue of being online, you can access the courses at times that suit you, in any location. Students will gain the self-knowledge and support needed to make good, informed, and fulfilling career decisions.
