The brainchild of Liz and Greg Panter, Cavendish Events started in 2001 to combine the couple’s high-profile restaurant and hospitality experience. It started by providing quality catering to London and beyond, and then grew and grew. As the saying goes, the rest is history. Today, Cavendish has served thousands of people at luxury weddings, corporate dos and some of the UK’s most prestigious events, including Henley Royal Regatta and the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic (game, set and match).

Whether you’re hosting a grand country wedding, a private party, or going all-out for your Christmas work do, the Cavendish team can take on the event-planning burden. Their services include everything from entertainment, venue selection and sourcing florists and photographers to crucial details like table planning and organising running orders.

Soon-to-be-weds will be happy to hear that Cavendish works with a selection of exclusive fairytale venues. Only Waddesdon Estate, Kirtlington Park and Hedsor House, no big deal. Birthdays are also part of their speciality. In fact, one of their biggest events to date was Henry Kissinger’s 100th birthday, so it’s safe to say they know how to throw a party. 

If you’re just after catering, they can do that too. The classically trained chefs will curate the menu for your every likes and dislikes – no Brussels sprouts, no problem! And you can taste-test their extensive dishes before putting a ring on it. Like weddings, corporate event guests have high foodie expectations, and it can be a chore trying to find a caterer to satisfy everyone. But that won’t scare Cavendish off. The team has served massive crowds and celebs at The Boodles Tennis tournament, Silverstone and Polo in the Park. They were also the winning choice for catering at the 2021 Royal St. George’s Golf Club Open, where they served 5,000 members – yep, they’re just that good.
