If you think that pre-made cocktails are second best, then let me tell you, you’ve been getting the wrong ones. Enter Kocktail: deliciously divine cocktails made with fresh ingredients, delivered through your door (yup – they’re letterbox-sized). What we like about this brand (besides the delicious pastel packaging) is the massive emphasis on quality; the drinks are made to taste really good, now, rather than being designed for a dusty long shelf-life. In fact, the cocktails are made fresh each week. That’s a big tick from us cocktail connoisseurs.

Even more big ticks: the cocktails are designed by Neil Donachie, previously the senior bartender at the Savoy Hotel’s Beaufort Bar (swanky!), and the packaging is 100% recyclable. It’s a subscription service, so you get sent 4-8 cocktails (depending on which plan you pick) a month, with the option to order more, and the ability to pause or cancel at any time.

And as for the most important bit… There are three different themed cocktail packages to choose from: light (fruity, crowd-pleasing), dark (bold, bittersweet), and mixed (you guessed it: a mix of the two). Each month you’ll get a different selection based on your preferences, keeping you on your tipple toes. Expect delights like Pineapple Penicillin, Cherry Cola Old Fashioned, or a Sloppy Joe’s Mojito. Frankly, not a dud in the lot.
