It’s right in the centre of Marlow in lovely Liston Court where Satollo Delicatessen used to be – something of a sun trap in summer and a quiet escape from the buzzy high street.

Inside, expect a chic scene with velvet stools at the tasting bar, soothing neutrals and a refined soundtrack, all accompanying the most important bit – the finest Prosecco you’ve tasted. Forget fizzy sugar and metal aftertastes, because not all Prosecco is created equal. And you can taste your way around the finest with the expert help of the La Dolce Bolla team. Empty stomach? No problem, the food menu is all about antipasti that complements the drinks using only the finest ingredients. That’s a yes to Sicilian Nocellera olives, a cheeseboard of Gorgonzola Dolce, Provolone Dolce, and Parmiggiano Reggiano topped with balsamic glaze, or add Prosciutto Crudo, Coppa, and Salami Milano.
