The MK Gallery is a museum of art that’s known for its bold and striking exhibitions and events. The iconic building, a glinting silver cube, is a landmark on the Milton Keynes skyline. In 2019, a new part of the gallery opened as the result of a £12m project working with the award-winning 6a architects, and doubled the exhibition space. The museum has five large gallery spaces which showcase a range of exhibitions and art, varying from cutting-edge contemporary to historic classics. Up in the Sky Room auditorium, visitors can enjoy views across Campbell Park as well as current films, experimental concerts, comedy nights, and lectures. Regular programs for young families are also on offer, and those seeking a stylish corner for refreshments will find it at the MK Gallery Café/Bar.
