<p>Here at Muddy we&#8217;re big fans of the supper cubs at Oxmoor Farm near Great Missenden – and it&#8217;s raised the culinary bar to even greater heights for its Spring/Summer supper club series. The new season kicks off with Eve Seemann of Mayfair&#8217;s Apricity (you&#8217;ll recognise her from <em>Great British Menu</em>), followed by River Cottage-trained Ivan Tisdall-Downes of Worcestershire&#8217;s Native Restaurant, Abby Lee of South London&#8217;s hot-ticket Malaysian restaurant Mambow, Ollie Dabbous of Hide in Piccadilly (and the Michelin-garlanded Dabbous before that), and Japanese masterchef Masaki Sugisaki of Chelsea&#8217;s Dinings SW3. With all this top talent on the menu, tickets are, predictably, already selling like the proverbial hot cakes. So <a href="https://oxmoorfarm.co.uk/wild-feasts/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">snap up a seat at the trestle tables in The Barn Kitchen sharpish</a> and prepare for a countryside feast.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s long overdue but you might finally be able to snag that Arbequina table because the much lauded Cowley tapas joint is opening a second site after nine years. Taking over the Blue Blood Sports site in the Covered Market, it&#8217;ll be buzzy and intimate and, naturally, offer innovative tapas dishes, cocktails and – here&#8217;s hoping – its signature sherry flight. A Crowdfunding effort will be launched to make the Arbequina Market dream happen. Keep an eye on its <a href="https://www.instagram.com/arbequinamarket/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">dedicated social</a> for updates. </p>

<p>Can the Cotswolds squeeze in one more celeb? <em>Made in Chelsea</em>&#8216;s <a href="https://www.instagram.com/louise.thompson/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Louise Thompson</a> was pretty sold on the area after a weekend away with her family. Want to know where she stayed? I mean who wouldn&#8217;t have their head turned by that beauty? </p>

<p><a href="https://nocturnelive.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nocturne Live</a>, the regal annual summer festival at Blenheim Palace, has confirmed its final two acts. Drumroll please, because Nathalie Imbruglia and The Corrs (Ireland&#8217;s first family of music, no less) will grace the Blenheim courtyard on Sat 21 June (tickets go on sale on Fri 21 March). The other nights it&#8217;s the turn of Nile Rodgers &amp; Chic, Gary Barlow and Richard Ashcroft, each with star-studded support. Torn? Maybe you&#8217;ll have to book all four nights!</p>



<p>Speaking of live music, the 14th <a href="http://www.wildernessfestival.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Wilderness</a> festival is already 60% sold, and this week sees sanctuary and spa bookings open (from Thu 20 Mar). And the big dress-up theme is expected to be announced on 15 April, so sequins at the ready people! The line-up already includes Basement Jaxx, Oxon&#8217;s own Supergrass, Wet Leg and Orbital, with more acts landing 30  April.</p>

<p>What better theme for a whimsical afternoon tea than the wildest tea party of them all? This week saw the launch of The Alice in Wonderland tea at Oxford&#8217;s Randolph Hotel. Served in <a href="http://thealiceoxford.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Alice restaurant</a>, naturally, exec chef Chris Godfrey has pushed the boat out with treats like White Rabbit: a passionfruit jelly and prune and earl grey sponge encased in a white chocolate pocket watch, and the Queen of Hearts entremets, a chocolate and raspberry-layered dessert.&nbsp;Save room for A Very Happy Unbirthday To You Cherry Bakewell Tart, alongside Nyetimber fizz, a Drink Me mocktail, and, of course, finger sarnies and scones. This Mad Hatter-esque feast will set you back £39.50 (or £49.50 with fizz), and there&#8217;s a vegan option available too, plus a live pianist on select Saturdays throughout March and April.</p>

The menu is available on Sat 29 &#8211; Sun 30 March and includes tasty PizzaExpress fare like its Caprese Salad and Classic American pizza, with a Chocolate Brownie served with smooth vanilla gelato for pudding.
