<p>Calling all wine aficionados. The Burgundy Louis Latour Dinner at The Relais Henley on Thursday, 21 November is your chance to eat, drink, and get seriously fancy. For £125 a head, you’ll be diving into a 5-course gourmet feast that’s paired with some of the most exceptional Burgundy wines from the legendary Louis Latour vineyards. Expect to indulge in boeuf bourguignon alongside Beaune Les Vignes Franches Premier Cru 2017 (fancy!), followed by a decadent crème brûlée paired with Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise 2022. We&#8217;re calling, it&#8217;s going to be fantastic. <strong><em>£125pp 7pm</em></strong></p>



<p>Ever dreamt of dining with a <em>Bake Off</em> star? Well, here’s your chance! Candice Brown, winner of <em>TGBBO</em> in 2016 and queen of show-stopping bakes, is hosting a fabulous evening at The Oarsman in Marlow for The Great British Pub dinners series. This fabulous gastropub, already famed for its modern British fare (<a href="https://bucksoxon.muddystilettos.co.uk/eat-out/restaurants/review-the-oarsman-marlow/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">read our review here</a>), will serve up a seasonal menu crafted by Candice herself. Expect creative spins on classic dishes, all whipped up with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. </p>

<p>One for the extroverts. The Crazy Bear in Stadhampton is pulling out all the stops for its Vampire Ball on Fri 25 Oct. Known for its opulent interiors and playful, extravagant events, The Crazy Bear promises a decadent multi-course dinner, with a gothic twist, live performers, a DJ, and, of course, plenty of eerie surprises.</p>

<p>Get your sleuthing hats ready—Mistress Murders is back with a Halloween special, <em>Chaos in the Countryside</em>, at The Old Crown Coaching Inn in Faringdon on Fri 1 Nov. It kicks off at 6.30pm with drinks at JJ&#8217;s Wine Bar before guests head to the ballroom for an immersive murder mystery experience whilst powering through a luxurious seven-course tasting menu. As the Beaumont family’s annual shooting event descends into chaos, you&#8217;ll be tasked with helping solve the case over the last 3-4 hours. They promise suspense, drama, and laughs as the actors weave between tables, offering clues and interacting with guests. Fancy dress is optional, but seriously why wouldn&#8217;t you? </p>

<p>Wine lovers, rejoice! I&#8217;m a huge fan of The Artichoke in Amersham which is hosting an exceptional Burgundy Wine Dinner on Wed 16 Oct. Known for its exquisite tasting menus, this Michelin-starred restaurant led by chef/owner Laurie Gear, is putting an event where the finest Burgundy wines are expertly paired with a multi-course dinner (two arrival times, one at 6.45pm and a second at 7.15pm) offering an immersive journey through French vineyards without leaving the comfort of Amersham.</p>
