When pastry chef Giulia O’Lorey creates a cake it is less dessert, more centrepiece. Her stunning designs range from classic floral designs, to geometric or whimsical, to all-black tiers with contemporary flair. Talk about range!

It all starts with a consultation over a glass of bubbly (and a slice of cake, naturally). This is the really fun part, when you can tell Giulia about your ideas for the perfect cake, or let her bring inspiration to the table.

Every detail of the cake is customisable, from the flavour of each tier to the size, colour, design and each hyper-realistic handmade flower, designed to match the theme or bouquet. These flowers are crazy beautiful: her sugar dahlias look just like the real thing.

Giulia produces cakes not just for weddings but for any special event in Oxfordshire, Sussex, and everywhere in between. Each little detail is considered and there’s added sprinkles of magic — like edible wedding favours, so guests can take a little souvenir home. Colour us charmed! She can also cater for dietaries, having flexed her hand with knockout lactose-free cakes in the past.

Elegantly boxed goodies include macarons in 12 flavours, tiny fruit tarts, geometric brownie hearts, and bespoke iced biscuits for that personal touch. These are perfect for a range of contexts: party favours, bridesmaid treats, thank you boxes, or just treat gifts.
