The Muddy Stilettos Awards 2019 romped to a close yesterday with thousands upon thousands of you supporting the local businesses you love the most.

If you’re a regular reader you’ll know that The Muddy Awards are free to all and run positive celebration of the most brilliant, unique and unmissable businesses across the Muddy counties. This year the Awards grew over 100 per cent, showing just how much we’re all #InLoveWithLocal, and how much we appreciate independence and creativity.

A heartfelt and whopping great THANK YOU and multiple love emoji from me to everyone who took part or voted.

    I am really annoyed you have chosen a spa that is only available to members and residents. How about all the other places that are genuine day spas? That is not.

      Hi Lisa, thanks for your message. I appreciate your frustration but the category was Best Day Spa and it can be used for the day so is therefore eligible. Muddy readers chose the winner, and I can definitely recommend it personally, it is a beautiful spa – though the other four on the finals list are also fabulous. Kindest, Hero

    I would have liked to have voted for my favourite hairdresser, but never got my ‘special’ link through despite trying many times.
